How the rosette joint works
Each ringlock standard has a rosette with 8 holes, spaced every 500 mm along the tube. Ledgers and braces connect to the rosette with a wedge pin. The pin is driven in with a hammer only. No bolts are used.
The wedge pin locks the ledger end into the rosette. This gives a rigid connection without loose parts. Dismantling is just as quick: knock the pin out and lift the ledger off. Ringlock belongs to the modular scaffolding family, and some buyers call it a ring lock scaffolding system or ring scaffolding.

What to fix before asking for a quote
- Tube series
- Confirm 48 series or 60 series standards. This sets rosette size and ledger end type.
- Wall thickness
- 2.75 mm, 3.0 mm, or 3.2 mm. Custom thickness is available.
- Finish
- Hot-dip galvanized is standard. Painted or powder coated in red, orange, blue, or yellow is optional.
- Bay and lift
- Give bay width and lift height for ledgers and diagonal braces. Standard ledger lengths are 0.3 m to 3.0 m.
- Quantity list
- List standards, ledgers, braces, and accessories by size and piece count. Send the list with your inquiry.

What tube diameters do you make for ringlock standards?
We make 48 series and 60 series standards. The 48 series uses a 48.3 mm tube, and the 60 series uses a 60.3 mm tube. Both are available in standard lengths from 0.5 m to 3.0 m.
Can I get ringlock scaffolding with a painted finish instead of galvanized?
Yes. Hot-dip galvanized is the main finish, but painted or powder coated is available. Colors include red, orange, blue, and yellow. Specify the finish when you request a quote.
Do you supply diagonal braces for any bay and lift combination?
We make diagonal braces to match your bay width and lift height. Give us the bay and lift dimensions, and we will quote the correct brace length.
