Frame Scaffolding Basics

Frame scaffolding uses welded H-shaped frames connected by cross braces and joint pins. Workers assemble it quickly without loose fittings. It suits straight facades, masonry work, and light to medium access tasks.

Main frame scaffolding also works for shoring frames when paired with base jacks and planks. Hebei Vanhn produces frame scaffold components from Q235 and Q355 steel, with hot-dip galvanized, painted, or powder coated finishes.

Frame Scaffold Components

Main frame
Welded H frame made from steel tube. Available in 48 mm and 60 mm series with 2.75, 3.0, or 3.2 mm wall thickness.
Cross brace
Diagonal brace that locks frames together. Made from Q235 steel, hot-dip galvanized or painted.
Joint pin
Connects stacked frames. Fits inside the frame leg and keeps vertical alignment.
Base jack
Adjustable screw jack placed under the frame leg. Threaded rod diameter 38 or 48 mm, length 500 or 600 mm.
Plank
Steel plank for working platforms. Standard sizes from 900 to 1800 mm long, 240 mm wide, 45 mm high.
